En resumen: Pillao es un juego de retos secretos entre amigos y parejas. Juega con respeto: ningún reto justifica molestar, poner en peligro a nadie ni saltarse la ley. Lo que compras se gestiona a través de Apple, y las amatistas y el botín son del juego, no dinero real.

1. Quiénes somos y qué aceptas

Pillao es una app ofrecida por Marc Cubiró Aguilar ("Pillao", "nosotros"). Contacto: help@getpillao.com.

Al crear una cuenta o usar la app aceptas estos términos y la Política de privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses Pillao.

2. Quién puede usar Pillao

Tienes que tener al menos 16 años. Algunos packs opcionales, como el Picante, tienen retos pícaros (nunca explícitos): elige los packs que encajen con tu grupo.

3. Tu cuenta

Entras con Apple, Google o un código que te enviamos por correo. Eres responsable de lo que se haga con tu cuenta.
Tu nombre y tu avatar son visibles para los miembros de tus grupos. No uses un nombre que suplante a otra persona o que sea ofensivo.
Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde Perfil → Eliminar cuenta.

4. Cómo jugar con respeto

Los retos son para reírse juntos. Al cumplirlos:

Respeta a los demás: no hagas nada a nadie sin su consentimiento, ni nada que pueda humillar, acosar o hacer daño, dentro o fuera del grupo.
Cuida tu seguridad y la de los demás: no cumplas un reto conduciendo, en situaciones peligrosas ni de forma que alguien pueda salir herido.
Cumple la ley y las normas del lugar donde estés (trabajo, transporte, locales).
Si un reto no encaja, sáltatelo. Ningún punto vale más que una persona.

Tú decides si cumples un reto y cómo lo haces, y eres responsable de ello. Pillao no se hace responsable de las consecuencias de cumplir un reto.

5. Lo que escribes en la app

Los nombres de grupo, tu nombre y las notas que añades a tus retos son tuyos. Nos das permiso para guardarlos y mostrarlos a los miembros de tus grupos, solo para que funcione el juego. No escribas nada ilegal, ofensivo, discriminatorio ni datos personales de otras personas. Podemos borrar contenido o suspender cuentas que incumplan estas normas.

6. Compras

Packs y Pase Pillao: compras únicas en el App Store. Un pack comprado por un miembro se puede jugar en los grupos en los que está. El Pase incluye todos los packs, también los que publiquemos después, mientras Pillao siga en funcionamiento. Puedes restaurarlos en otro dispositivo con el mismo Apple ID.
Amatistas 💜: moneda virtual que se compra en el App Store y se usa para comprar potenciadores en cualquier grupo. Botín 🪙: se gana jugando, pertenece a un solo grupo y no se puede comprar.
Las amatistas, el botín y los potenciadores son una licencia de uso dentro del juego: no tienen valor monetario, no se pueden cambiar por dinero, transferir a otra cuenta ni vender. Al salir de un grupo pierdes su botín y sus potenciadores; al borrar la cuenta pierdes también tus amatistas.
Los precios son los que muestra el App Store en tu país. El pago, la facturación y los reembolsos los gestiona Apple según sus condiciones; si Apple reembolsa una compra, retiramos lo que te dio.
Derecho de desistimiento: al tratarse de contenido digital que se entrega al momento, al comprar aceptas que se te entregue de inmediato y reconoces que pierdes el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días, salvo lo que prevea la ley o Apple.

7. Anuncios

El único anuncio de Pillao es un vídeo opcional que puedes ver para ganar botín, como máximo uno al día. Si se consiguen recompensas haciendo trampas (bots, modificaciones de la app o similares), podemos retirar lo obtenido.

8. El juego puede cambiar

Pillao está vivo: podemos ajustar las reglas, la puntuación, los precios de los potenciadores, los retos o las funciones para mejorar el juego. Si un cambio te afecta de forma importante, te avisaremos. También podemos interrumpir el servicio temporalmente por mantenimiento. Si algún día dejáramos de ofrecer Pillao, te avisaríamos con al menos 30 días de antelación.

9. Suspensión y baja

Puedes dejar de usar Pillao y borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos términos de forma grave o reiterada, que hagan trampas o que pongan en riesgo a otros jugadores.

10. Responsabilidad

Ofrecemos Pillao tal como es y hacemos lo posible por que funcione bien, pero no garantizamos que esté siempre disponible o libre de errores. En la medida en que lo permita la ley, no somos responsables de daños indirectos ni de lo que ocurra al cumplir un reto. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te reconoce la normativa de consumidores ni nuestra responsabilidad por dolo o negligencia grave.

11. Propiedad intelectual

La app, su diseño, Pillo el mapache, los textos de los retos y la marca Pillao son nuestros o tenemos licencia para usarlos. Puedes usarlos para jugar, pero no copiarlos ni distribuirlos.

12. Apple

Estos términos son entre tú y nosotros, no con Apple. Apple no es responsable de la app ni de su contenido y no tiene obligación de darle soporte. Tu uso de la app debe cumplir también las condiciones del App Store.

13. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, conservas la protección de las normas obligatorias de tu país de residencia y puedes acudir a los tribunales de tu domicilio.

14. Cambios en estos términos

Si los cambiamos, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba y, si el cambio es importante, te avisaremos en la app antes de que se aplique.

In short: Pillao is a secret-challenge game for friends and couples. Play with respect: no challenge is worth bothering anyone, putting anyone at risk or breaking the law. Purchases go through Apple, and amethysts and loot belong to the game, not real money.

1. Who we are and what you accept

Pillao is an app offered by Marc Cubiró Aguilar ("Pillao", "we"). Contact: help@getpillao.com.

By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use Pillao.

2. Who can use Pillao

You must be at least 16 years old. Some optional packs, such as Spicy, have cheeky (never explicit) challenges: pick the packs that suit your group.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google or a code we email you. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Your name and avatar are visible to members of your groups. Don't use a name that impersonates someone else or is offensive.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

4. Playing with respect

Challenges are for laughing together. When you complete them:

Respect others: don't do anything to anyone without their consent, or anything that could humiliate, harass or hurt, inside or outside the group.
Keep yourself and others safe: don't complete a challenge while driving, in dangerous situations or in a way that could get someone hurt.
Obey the law and the rules of wherever you are (work, transport, venues).
If a challenge doesn't fit, skip it. No points are worth more than a person.

You decide whether and how you complete a challenge, and you are responsible for it. Pillao is not responsible for the consequences of completing a challenge.

5. What you write in the app

Group names, your name and the notes you add to your challenges are yours. You allow us to store them and show them to members of your groups, only so the game works. Don't write anything illegal, offensive or discriminatory, or other people's personal data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Purchases

Packs and the Pillao Pass: one-time App Store purchases. A pack bought by one member can be played in the groups they belong to. The Pass includes every pack, including ones we release later, for as long as Pillao is running. You can restore them on another device with the same Apple ID.
Amethysts 💜: a virtual currency bought on the App Store and spent on power-ups in any group. Loot 🪙: earned by playing, belongs to a single group and can't be bought.
Amethysts, loot and power-ups are a licence to use within the game: they have no monetary value and can't be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or sold. When you leave a group you lose its loot and power-ups; when you delete your account you also lose your amethysts.
Prices are those shown by the App Store in your country. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; if Apple refunds a purchase, we take back what it gave you.
Right of withdrawal: as this is digital content delivered immediately, when you buy you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, except as provided by law or by Apple.

7. Ads

Pillao's only ad is an optional video you can watch to earn loot, at most once a day. If rewards are obtained by cheating (bots, modified apps or similar), we may take them back.

8. The game may change

Pillao is a live game: we may adjust the rules, scoring, power-up prices, challenges or features to improve it. If a change affects you significantly, we'll let you know. We may also interrupt the service temporarily for maintenance. If we ever stop offering Pillao, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice.

9. Suspension and leaving

You can stop using Pillao and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, cheat or put other players at risk.

10. Liability

We offer Pillao as it is and do our best to make it work well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for what happens while completing a challenge. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law or our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Intellectual property

The app, its design, Pillo the raccoon, the challenge texts and the Pillao brand are ours or licensed to us. You may use them to play, but not copy or distribute them.

12. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to support it. Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may go to the courts where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change them, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app before they apply.
